Yash Raj Films has officially unveiled Beparwah as the title of its upcoming romantic action drama starring Ahaan Panday and Sharvari. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and produced by Aditya Chopra, the film is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on March 26, 2027, coinciding with the Good Friday holiday.
The announcement, made on October 26, 2026, also introduced the lead pair’s first-look poster, offering an early glimpse of a love story that appears to combine romance, music and danger.
Beparwah First Poster Teases Romance and Action
The poster shows Ahaan and Sharvari standing close together, their foreheads touching in an intimate moment. However, the imagery suggests their relationship may be anything but peaceful.
Ahaan holds a gun, while Sharvari carries a guitar, establishing a striking contrast between violence and music. Their faces remain largely concealed, preserving some mystery around their characters.
Sharing the announcement, Yash Raj Films wrote:

The tagline suggests a romance driven by intense emotions and potentially dangerous circumstances. However, the filmmakers have not revealed the complete storyline or confirmed the characters’ backgrounds.
Ahaan Panday Takes a New Direction After Saiyaara
Beparwah marks Ahaan Panday’s second major theatrical project following his successful debut in Mohit Suri’s Saiyaara (2025), opposite Aneet Padda.
While Saiyaara established him as a romantic lead, the upcoming film offers an opportunity to explore a more physically demanding character within an action-driven narrative.
For Sharvari, the project continues her association with Yash Raj Films after Bunty Aur Babli 2 and Alpha. She previously gained wider recognition through Munjya and Vedaa.
The fresh pairing also brings together two actors whose recent projects have covered different genres.
Reports indicate that Bobby Deol and Aaishvary Thackeray are also part of the supporting cast, although their character details have not been officially disclosed through the title announcement.
Ali Abbas Zafar Returns to Yash Raj Films
The film also marks Ali Abbas Zafar’s fifth collaboration with producer Aditya Chopra.
Their previous projects include Mere Brother Ki Dulhan (2011), Gunday (2014), Sultan (2016) and Tiger Zinda Hai (2017).
Those films demonstrate Zafar’s experience with romantic comedy, sports drama and large-scale action. Beparwah appears positioned to combine elements of his earlier filmmaking styles while introducing a younger central pairing.
Interestingly, March 26, 2027, falls exactly five months after the title announcement, giving the makers a defined promotional window.
