Triptii Dimri has revealed that she dreams of wearing the iconic Victoria’s Secret angel wings, particularly the kind recently worn by Kylie Jenner during the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. The Bollywood actress, who attended the Los Angeles event as the brand’s first Indian ambassador, is already hoping to take her fashion journey one step further by walking the runway herself.
Speaking exclusively to Variety India on October 22, Dimri discussed her runway ambitions, changing personal style and admiration for supermodel Adriana Lima.

Dimri admitted that wearing the brand’s signature wings has been a long-standing dream.
“I think every girl has imagined herself in those wings,” she said.
The actress hopes she might get the opportunity in 2027, adding, “I am manifesting it.”
Her comments followed Kylie Jenner’s surprise runway debut on October 18, when the reality star and entrepreneur appeared wearing white angel wings and the spectacular $50 million Fantasy Bra.
Designed in collaboration with Jacob & Co., the diamond-covered creation marked the Fantasy Bra’s return after an eight-year absence.
However, Dimri has not been announced as a model for the 2027 show. Her comments reflect a personal ambition rather than confirmed runway plans.
Triptii’s Victoria’s Secret Look Reflected Her Evolving Style
For this year’s event, Dimri attended the pink carpet in an elaborate black ensemble featuring a lace-and-mesh bustier, silver-embroidered skirt, feather detailing and sheer tulle.
She described the outfit as “feminine, bold and very ‘me.’”
Working with stylist Anaita Shroff Adajania, the actress wanted an appearance that combined glamour with her individual personality.
Dimri also acknowledged becoming more adventurous with fashion, explaining that she previously preferred familiar styles but now enjoys experimenting.
Her biggest inspiration is Adriana Lima, whose confidence both on and off the runway she particularly admires.
Indian Representation at Victoria’s Secret 2026
Dimri’s appearance reflected the fashion show’s growing Indian representation.
While she attended as an ambassador, Kerala-born model Ravleen Varghese made her Victoria’s Secret runway debut. British Indian model Neelam Gill also participated.
The distinction matters: attending the event and walking its runway represent different milestones.
For Dimri, the next goal is clear. After making her mark on the pink carpet, she hopes to eventually experience the runway wearing those celebrated angel wings.
