Kapil Sharma is officially back on the big screen — and this time, the confusion is louder, the romance is messier, and the comedy is dialed up to absolute madness. The makers of Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 have dropped the much-awaited trailer, promising a sequel that goes bigger in every possible way.
Promoted with the tagline “triple the romance, triple the confusion, unlimited fun,” the film positions itself as a high-energy entertainer designed to crack up audiences from start to finish.
A Bigger, Wilder, More Chaotic Sequel
Presented by Star Studio18 and Venus Worldwide Entertainment in association with Abbas–Mustan Film Productions, the sequel builds upon the 2015 hit but expands the world with:
- larger sets
- a more tangled web of romantic entanglements
- more outrageous misunderstandings
- and full-blown slapstick humour
Kapil Sharma reprises his lead role, bringing his trademark timing and charm as he gets entangled in yet another series of wild mix-ups and romantic catastrophes.
A Packed Ensemble With New and Familiar Faces
Joining Kapil are:
- Manjot Singh
- Hira Warina
- Tridha Choudhary
- Parul Gulati
- Ayesha Khan
Adding veteran power are Asrani, Akhilendra Mishra, Vipin Sharma, and Sushant Singh, while Jamie Lever, Smita Jaykar, and Supriya Shukla boost the film’s comedic flavour.
The late Asrani’s presence in the trailer adds an emotional touch, making this one of his final onscreen outings.
What the Trailer Shows
The trailer dives straight into the film’s central conflicts — a hilarious maze of eccentric love triangles, identity mix-ups, emotional blunders and Kapil’s character struggling to keep all his “relationships” under control… again.
Expect:
- non-stop punchlines
- barrel-scraping misunderstandings
- dramatic slow-motion moments
- and the kind of chaos only Abbas–Mustan can choreograph, even in a comedy
From the looks of it, the team has doubled down on the franchise’s signature formula: romance meets slapstick, wrapped in colourful madness.
Music, Visual Flair and Abbas–Mustan’s Classic Touch
With vibrant set pieces, catchy song-and-dance numbers and glossy visuals, the sequel is clearly designed as a full-blown family entertainer.
The filmmakers have hinted at even wilder scenarios for Kapil’s character this time — including unexpected twists, high-voltage reveals and that unmistakable Abbas–Mustan flair fans have loved for decades.
