Actress Krystle D’Souza, who featured alongside Ayesha Khan in the film’s chart-topping song Shararat, has now revealed that her live performance with Ranveer Singh at the film’s music launch happened completely on the spot.
“I Thought I Was Just There to Sit and Clap”
In a recent interview, Krystle admitted she had no idea she would end up on stage that day. According to her, the plan was simple — attend the event, enjoy the performances, and vibe from her seat while singers Jasmine Sandlas and Madhubanti Bagchi performed Shararat live.
She even joked about her outfit choice, saying she never wears sarees and usually sticks to dresses or pants. Yet, on that particular day, she randomly chose to wear a saree — something she now laughs about, considering what followed.
Ranveer Changed the Plan in Seconds
Things took a dramatic turn mid-performance. As the song played on stage, Ranveer Singh suddenly turned to Krystle and told her it was her song — before grabbing her hand and pulling her on stage.
Krystle recalled being completely shocked, but once she stepped up, Ranveer’s infectious energy took over. She described his aura as electrifying, saying his vibe naturally pushes everyone around him to rise to the moment.
What followed was an impromptu dance that quickly became one of the most talked-about highlights of the Dhurandhar music launch.
