According to Peacock, Alannah Keyser will no longer appear on Love Island USA Season 8 after videos and screenshots from her past were widely shared across social media platforms. The material included videos in which she was seen singing along to a song containing the n-word, along with additional screenshots of an Instagram comment and a Snapchat message that also included the same racial slur. The content reportedly originated from private accounts and only became publicly available after her television debut. Because the material was not publicly accessible beforehand, it was reportedly not identified during the show’s casting and background review process.
Despite her removal, Keyser still appeared during the opening portion of Thursday’s episode because it had already been filmed before the decision was made. Viewers saw her spending time with fellow contestant Zach Georgiou, including sharing conversations, a kiss and sleeping in the same bed during Casa Amor. She also appeared briefly in two additional scenes before narrator Iain Stirling informed viewers that “Alannah has left Casa Amor.” No further explanation was provided during the broadcast.
Keyser is a 21-year-old film student at the University of Southern California and originally comes from Miami, Florida. She entered the villa during Episode 17 as one of the Casa Amor bombshells, a twist designed to test existing relationships by introducing a fresh group of contestants midway through the season.

Keyser’s departure follows a similar incident involving contestant Vasana Montgomery, who was removed before Season 8 officially premiered after separate social media posts resurfaced.
