He revealed that for Nikam, he gained around 9–10 kilograms — indulging in pizzas, sweets, aloo parathas, and biryani to physically embody the character. He also opted to thin his hair naturally rather than rely on prosthetics.
The actor made it clear that he prefers transforming his body through effort instead of artificial enhancements whenever possible. He referenced past roles where he dramatically altered his appearance — from significant weight fluctuations to method-style immersion in characters.
Now, he says, he is entering a transition phase to shed the extra kilos as he gears up for his next big role.
